Pure Prairie Creamery, LLC was formed this week with the development of the following mission statement:   To promote sustainability for small independent dairy farms by adding value to locally produced milk.  We are committed to producing enjoyable and nutritious cheeses while using all natural and local ingredients.  We will carry out our mission ethically and profitably while constantly striving to promote family farms.
