Plains Sunflower Goat Cheddar Cheese.  Our goat cheddar is aged at least six months for that sharp flavor that so many people crave. 

Smoky Plains Sunflower Goat Cheddar Cheese.  Currently only available in very limited amounts as we underestimated the popularity of a smoky sharp cheddar.

Firewheel Pepper Jack Goat Cheese.  Named after Oklahoma's state wildflower, Gaillardia.  Made with jalapenos, it is warm but not so hot that you can't enjoy the flavor.  One of our customers best described the cheese as "having a zing at the end".

Smoky Firewheel Pepper Jack Goat Cheese.  The same warm flavor as our regular firewheel with a great smoky taste.

Lazy Daisy Monterey Jack Goat Cheese.  Smooth and creamy is the way most people have described this cheese.  Most have trouble believing that it is made 100% from goat milk because it is so mild.  This is a cheese that everyone will like.

Smoky Lazy Daisy Monterey Jack Goat Cheese.  If you like mild cheese, but enjoy a little more flavor, then you need to try our smoky monterey jack made with goat milk.  This has been the favorite of many of the shows we have attended.  Great for adding that little hint of smoke flavor to your favorite dish that calls for cheese.

Meadow Garlic Monterey Jack Goat Cheese.  The distinctive garlic flavor comes from the fact that we use oven roasted garlic in our cheese.  No harsh aftertaste, just smooth and creamy garlic goodness.
